1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU-based customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., pacifiers, bottles) for safety reasons

3. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
